PLEASE SAVE THE DATE for Saul Wildlife Preserve Stewardship Day, SATURDAY May 9th.
We hope you will join your neighbors to help tidy up the trails in the Saul Preserve. Over this brutal winter, some trails have become partially blocked by fallen branches. Please bring your loppers and help us restore access to nature. There are many jobs for all abilities, from clearing vines to pulling Garlic Mustard. Come for an hour or all day. It all adds up. If you don’t have loppers, no problem. There will be extra tools, work gloves, water, etc. available.
Start time is 9:00 at the trail head behind the Old Mill. We’ll work ‘til 3:00. Pizza for lunch will be provided. Please bring friends and family. If you like, join a work team led by a member of Rose Valley’s Friends of the Trails.
