Delco Emergency Service Authority Meeting - April 30 @ 7 pm

With the closure of Crozer Health System, municipalities in Delaware County lost critical

access to emergency services the Crozer Health System provided. That closure along with

staffing shortages across the county made it difficult for local governments to provide the

emergency services needed for their residents. We’re considering the creation of a unique

administrative structure, Delco’s first Emergency Services Authority (Delco ESA). An

authority structure ensures accountability to area residents through local board appointments while providing a stable, transparent structure for emergency services.

We will be bringing you additional information via the Rose Valley Borough website and we

encourage you to join us for a public meeting on April 30 th at 7:00 PM at Strath Haven

Middle School, to learn more about the Delco Emergency Services Authority (Delco ESA).
