Large Trash Pick-up May 5-6

The Rose Valley Large Trash Pick up is going to be on May 5 and 6.  What CAN be put out are bulky items that cannot be disposed of through your regular trash hauler.  Bulky items include furniture, bedding, household appliance, rugs, and lumber (providing the lumber is cut up into three-foot lengths and tied into bundles.  There is a limit of one large household appliance per address, as well as a weight restriction of 200 lbs. per any one item.  Doors and windows, including garage doors broken down into bundles will be picked up. TV's, tires and computers will also be picked up.

What will NOT BE PICKED UP are: Leaves, newspapers, brush and normal trash. Building materials, such as sand. concrete, stone, brick, plasterboard, roofing or siding materials WILL NOT BE PICKED UP.

Each household should have  their items placed at the end of their driveway by 8:00 a.m. on May 5.  Items may be picked up in stages, but everything should be picked up by 3:00 p.m. on May 6.
