Proposed Volunteer Service Tax Credit Ordinance

At its May 8, 2024, regular meeting, the Rose Valley Borough Council will consider an ordinance establishing a property tax credit program for active volunteers serving in a volunteer fire company or non-profit emergency medical service agency. The text of the proposed ordinance is attached.
